Online Payments

Online payment services used by RDJ are provided through its merchant accounts which are maintained by the different payment gateway provider. RDJ will not ask for any of your information related to your account i.e. card number, account number, passwords etc. You may be asked about this information at the Payment Gateway provider website. RDJ may update these terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure that you are aware of the current terms & conditions. The country of domicile for RDJ is India.

Online Payment Refund & Cancellation Policy

In most cases, no refund will be granted once the payment is made. However, exceptions may be made under following circumstances:

• • Multiple payments for same services.
  • A candidate paid the fee online but did not get the confirmation due to connection failure and the University is not able provide softcopy of the Fee Invoice.

Transaction fees charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.

Note: For online payments. it is important for candidates to note the transaction number and order no. for future reference and request for any type of refund, for whatsoever reason, will be at the sole discretion of the University.

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. All payments are subject to the following conditions:- All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. The RDJ reserves the right to change the fees at any time.

• • Your payment will normally reach the RDJ account to which you are making a payment as per the policies of payment service provider.
  • We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct RDJ account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
  • If the card supplier declines payment the RDJ is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
  • In no event RDJ will be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

While using the Online ERP Portal, you (the user) are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below.
